2023 Annual Homeowners Meeting Notice

Dear Lofts at 30th Owners,

The 2023 Annual Homeowners Meeting will be held Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 7:00 PM CST via Zoom Video Conference. Homeowners may choose to join the meeting via video conference (from a computer, tablet, or smartphone) or via phone (audio only). The primary order of business of this meeting will be to review the HOA’s financial position and budget, discuss community matters, and elect Board members. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.

All three (3) Board positions are open for nomination. The current Board members (Don Rogers, Leann Cherry, and Steven Brown) are eligible for re-election and willing to continue serving if re-elected. If you know of a homeowner who is qualified and willing to serve on the Board, you may nominate them by emailing LoftsAt30thHOA@gmail.comAll nominations must be submitted by December 11, 2023.

If you will be unable to attend the meeting, please complete and return the attached proxy form to appoint an individual of your choice to represent you at the meeting.

The monthly HOA fees will remain the same in 2024. The 2024 budget and other HOA documents can be viewed at LoftsAt30thHOA.com.
